ORDER/SALES: All the order/sales are considered final after 3 business days and cannot be changed. Freight and sales tax will be added to each order.

TERMS: All Orders are final. Our window treatment products are custom fabricated and cannot be changed or cancelled once processed. UV100 requires a 100% FINAL PAYMENT starting installation unless otherwise noted in original contract. No returns will be accepted on merchandise installed on irregular, unfinished or defective surfaces. The products may have variations in color or grain in any shade or fabric. All variations are within established industry standards. See manufacturer's warranty. In case UV100 Inc. is forced to collect payment through a collection agency or attorney the customer will be responsible for all cost that UV100 could incurred in order to collect payment. Client must present resale tax form at point of sale in order not to be charged sales tax. IMPORTANT! No for resale online. INSTALLATION: On scheduled delivery date the site must be ready to accept merchandise/start installation as per all addendums to contract. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to prevent any additional installation/delivery fees as specified in contract. Any electrical wiring must be provided by a qualified electrician. Installation of product will not begin if the terms of this agreement are not met, unless otherwise noted in original contract. STORAGE: Free storage up to 21 days from the date of receipt of all items on an invoice ordered at the same time. Merchandise hold period must be paid in full with a storage fee of $25 per day. Our products must be installed by UV100 or other certified LUTRON installer.
